A resilient, intelligent, independent and self made woman, I am Harinder Pal Kaur, a seasoned logistics professional with over 16 years of experience in the transport sector and am currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at Northern Cargo Service. Professionally a go-getter with a strong foundation in people management and operational excellence, my journey spans diverse challenges and innovations in logistics. Fostering technological advancements, driver welfare, and women's representation in this male-dominated industry was no mean task for me. Passionate about growth and inclusion, I aim to bring impactful change to the transport landscape.

My journey so far

My journey has been a dynamic blend of hardwork, growth, and meaningful impact. Starting in the education sector, where I managed operations for thousands of students, I transitioned to the male-dominated transport and logistics industry, driven by my passion for operational excellence and people management. Over the years, I have tackled diverse challenges, but I have made women's representation and equality my life goal. As General Manager at Northern Cargo Service, I continue to lead with purpose, shaping the industry with innovations, inclusivity, and a commitment to creating a better future for all stakeholders.

My dreams and aspirations

Shakespeare once said "Some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them". My life has been anything but ordinary and whatever I have achieved so far has led me to believe that I have it in me to be the change that I have been so wanting around me. Nothing was given to me on a platter. My dreams and aspirations are rooted in creating meaningful change and living a purposeful life. Professionally, I envision transforming the transport and logistics industry into a more inclusive, efficient, and technologically advanced space, with equal opportunities for women and improved welfare for drivers. Personally, I believe that you can find purpose and fulfillment by living for yourself and for others. Countless people in this world need help, kindness, and support - your actions can make a difference. I aspire to be a leader who inspires others, brings positive change, and finds joy in spreading hope and support to those who need it. My ultimate goal is to live a life that balances personal happiness with meaningful contributions, creating a legacy of compassion and progress.
